We offer language courses both in-person at our designated locations and online through our platform. Additionally, we provide exclusive alumni services for our graduates.

Registration: Users may be required to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep this information updated.
User Conduct: You agree to use our services for lawful purposes and refrain from conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any aspect of our services or interfere with any other party's use of our services.

5. Course Enrolment and Access

Online Courses:

Our online courses are provided "as-is" with no guarantees. You are responsible for ensuring that you have compatible hardware and software to access the course material.

In-Person Classes:

Held at our location(s), we reserve the right to reject or cancel any reservation for classes and will provide a full refund in such instances.
Schedules for in-person classes may be subject to change due to holidays, instructor availability, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors.
In cases of insufficient enrolment, we reserve the right to postpone the start date of a class for up to one month. For details on how this affects refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy section.

6. Alumni Services

Alumni services are offered "as-is" to graduates of our courses. These services include networking opportunities, additional educational materials, and more.

7. Content and Copyright

All course materials, unless otherwise noted, are the intellectual property of Zuzu Korean. You may not redistribute, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer these materials without permission.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The services and all included content are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
